Coastal Escapes was created nearly 25 years ago an inbound Santa Barbara travel agency. As the travel business has changed, so has our company. The first office was located in Carpinteria, California, with operators simply helping guests find hotels traveling to the Santa Barbara area. As the internet gained popularity and traveling became more sophisticated, we found changes needed to be made.
We discovered that guests were looking for a vacation that offered the amenities of home with more space and privacy for their travels. Travelers were also increasing their lengths of stay which often meant bringing their families and their work with them. Others simply loved the ambiance of the coast and wanted to experience "living" in a new environment for an extended time; perhaps attending classes in the community or enrolling their children in one of the many creative programs our community has to offer. Others were coming to the area for highly skilled doctors and would choose to stay for a time of healing and rest away from the day to day commitments that their home town may require of them.
Soon we learned that vacation rental properties were the answer to many of our guests! As guests gained confidence in our service, we begin to grow. Today because of our years of experience, we are qualified to offer marketing on an Internet level and on a personal level with our years of hospitality influence.

Your listing is not free but if you are unhappy with our service during the first 30 days, simply send us an email and we will refund the full amount of your payment. If you sign up during our first year, we offer one year at $99 or two years at $159. We are working very hard to bring you more guests and business by constantly increasing Coastal Escapes website exposure. We create and send out a monthly e-newsletter and advertise our website to bring your property more exposure. More inquiries for you means greater success for us.
What are "SPECIALS & LAST MINUTE DEALS"?
"Specials & Last Minute Deals" are reserved for "SPECIALS & DEALS!" The listings must be a reduction in your normal rate and/or a special deal, such as, rent for one week and get the second week 1/2 off!
How do I get my property listed in your e-newsletter?
Email me! The e-newsletter is sent monthly. I select properties for the e-newsletter from the "Specials & Last Minute Deals" entries as well as new properties. My goal is to help each owner maximize their bookings.
